ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
Hi. I'm Clare.
I'm a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in Limerick city, offering support to adults (18+) both in-person and online across Ireland.
Life can be challenging at times, and it’s not uncommon to feel overwhelmed or unsure of how to cope. For some, the effects of past or ongoing trauma can continue to shape daily life in ways that may not always be fully understood.
My practice provides a calm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences safely and at your own pace. Together, we can work to understand what’s happening for you, develop greater self-awareness, and find new ways of responding that support your wellbeing.
My aim is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in yourself, while building the confidence and clarity to make meaningful choices in your life.
